  REGISTRATION FEE includes: Conference pack, one copy of the proceedings, refreshments/coffee during breaks, conference lunches, and the dinner banquet. Please note that in the event you choose to withdraw, a non-refundable handling charge of US$ 100.00 will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Refunds will only be issued until the registration deadline of March 15th 2010(applies only to non-authors- no refund for published papers).

  Please note the following:  
  In order for a paper to be published, the following requirements must be met:  
 
  1. The Author/ Presenter must be registered and fully paid for.
  2. The paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
  3. The final paper must be correctly formatted and submitted.
  4. Although participants can register on the day of the conference please note that if authors wish for their papers to be included in the proceedings the registration process along with the payment procedure has to be completed by January 25, 2010.
 
     
  Cancellation policy:  
     
 
  1. If cancellation occurred before the submission deadline, no Processing fee will be assessed, hence full refund.
  2. If cancellation occurred after the closing of the submission deadline review process or before registration deadline, March 15th 2010, a processing charge of $100 will be assessed. (applies only to non-authors- no refund for published papers or after registration deadline).
  3. No refund due to non attendance of the conference.
  4. For credit card cancellation: refund is issued to the same card no. that was originally used for the transaction.
